FREE SHIPPING ITEMS AND REGION
Beberoad proudly offers free Free shipping to addresses in the continental US (not available in Alaska or Hawaii), UK, Japan, China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Free Shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders - no minimum purchase, coupons, promotion or codes are required. There are extra charge for Canada and Mexico from US$20 to US$70.

Most of the shipments might take 1-7 days. Due to the ongoing changing covid shipping situation, your order for this product might take longer than 5-10 days. Depending on the availability of the product. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Beberoad ships to physical addresses within the above countries & regions. We do not ship to PO Boxes or U.S. Territories. If you are interested in shipping to the region not on the above list, please contact support@beberoad.com for extra costs and other information, and we'll be happy to assist you with your order.

Most in-stock items are shipped via UPS within three business days in North America, according to the standard shipping timeframes listed above.

Note: all orders ship from CA or Japan and normally ship from the closest warehouse.

Express shipping is available only for in-stock items, and only to addresses within in above countries. Express shipping will typically allow your parcel to arrive within three business days after the initiation of the shipping process.

You will receive a shipping notification email containing a tracking number.

CANCELLATIONS
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you have not yet received a tracking number, your order can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of the order time.

If you need to cancel more than 24 hours after the order time, we will charge a fee equal to 15% of the order value(min.$15) to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.

Customers who enter an incorrect shipping address are subject to a fee of $20 per package if the order must be directed to another address.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
The shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable, refused, or canceled while it is in transit to you, you will be charged 15%(min.$15) of the item price to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by Beberoad

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the rare event that a package is lost, Beberoad will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost package search.

In most cases of damaged packages, Beberoad will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement.

In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.

Once a product tracking shows the product as delivered to the customer, Beberoad has fulfilled its obligation to deliver the package. Beberoad is not responsible for property theft.
