We understand that sometimes what you buy online won’t work out exactly the way you thought they would. From color, to sizing (may be too big or too small), or maybe you just don’t like what you got.
While we will truly do our best to accommodate your requests, we'll be upfront: returns are not an easy process. We have to follow certain regulations and restrictions. Listed below are what you'll need to know before you buy and should you decide you want to return something to us.
Measure Your Dog and Space
The top reason for returns is that customers purchase the wrong size. The absolute best way to ensure that you (and your pet) are completely satisfied with the items you purchase is, before you order, to take the time to measure your pet and measure the space where you intend to put the item. Then follow the guidelines for all products that have a Sizing Guide on the product page. How to Initiate an Exchange
Your exchange must be processed as a return and reorder. Please e-mail us at support@beberoad.com to initiate the return and reorder process. If the items get used, however, we are not able to process the exchange and refund.
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item due to a change of mind, or if the size or color isn’t right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@beberoad.com. (Do not return the item before receiving a confirmation email from us.)
If you haven’t decided yet whether to return the item, please keep the original packaging. Returns must be made in their original condition and packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned as well as an item that is returned more than 30 days since received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographic or video evidence of the issue to process your full refund or replacement.
Returns are handled on an individual basis, and we reserve the right to refuse or deny a refund.
Refunds Policy
If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for a restocking fee of 25% of the order total. Please contact us to obtain the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, You will get your refund in 2 to 3 business days. Thank you very much for your understanding!
Return Shipping
For all returns and exchange, you are responsible for return shipping.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch ASAP. You will be able to cancel an order during the processing stage by emailing us at support@beberoad.com.
If you have already received a tracking number, your order has shipped and it is too late to cancel. You may still return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.
