Bom & His Cat Coal😺
Every night, we have the same fight: the bed war.
After I turn off the light, my cat, Coal, has a plan. He quietly jumps onto the bed. First, he walks in circles around me a few times. Then, he finds the right spot and starts pushing his head against me. He really wants to get under the blanket.
When he succeeds, he starts causing trouble. He walks on my stomach. He puts his paw on my face. It's hard to sleep!
If I try to push him out, he makes a very sad "meow" sound. It's like he is saying I'm being mean to him. So, I always let him stay.
The next morning, I wake up and find myself at the very edge of the bed. Coal is sleeping in the middle, on his back, with his legs in the air. He looks very comfortable and happy. He now owns most of the bed.
And I know, tonight, the bed war will happen again.
