NEW MOON TRAVEL BASSINET RECALL

    In cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Beberoad Love is recalling New Moon bassinets manufactured on or after June 23 2022. The recalled travel bassinets fail to meet the safety requirements of the CPSC’s Infant Sleep Products Rule (According to the new Infant Sleep Products Rule effected from June 23, 2022, the definition of a bassinet/cradle requires “supported by free standing legs” ) our travel bassinet without free legs or stand, CPSC defined it is not comply with ISR’s definition of bassinet and cradle, and creating an unsafe environment for infants and posing a fall hazard for infants if used on elevated surfaces.

    Please immediately stop using the bassinet and contact us at 334-316-0066 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday or through email at service@beberoad.com. If you already contacted us and have disposed of the travel bassinet and received your refund, you do not need to do anything further. If you still have the travel bassinet in your possession, please destroy it and email us the following in order to receive your refund:

    1)Submit photographs of the travel bassinet whose sewn-in tag is with the manufacture date ON or AFTER June 23, 2022 to service@beberoad.com. Please see the picture below for an example.

    2)Destroy your bassinet and submit photographs of the destroyed and disposed bassinet to service@beberoad.com.

    3)Email photographs or receipts of order information (Retailer, order No. purchased price and date etc.) and following information to receive the refund to service@beberoad.com.

   Concrete evidence of the product being discarded or destroyed is required before initiating a refund. Please verify that your bassinet was manufactured after June 23, 2022, by checking the manufacturing date and model number label. The manufacture date in YYYY/MM/DD format is located on the bottom of the bassinet in a sewn-in tag. The bassinets were sold in the following colors and types:
